West Shore Parks & Recreation Society is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the provision of Non-Alcoholic Carbonated Beverage supplier for the West Shore Parks and Recreation Society. The facilities are The Q Centre Arena, JDF Arena, Fieldhouse, and Golf Course Pro Shop. Additionally, WSPR has an agreement with Ryan Vending that products sold in vending machines on property will be those of the firm selected.
CLOSING DATE, TIME AND DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
One (1) hard copy of the Proposal along with one (1) electronic version on a USB memory stick, signed by a person authorized to legally bind the Proponent to the statements made in the Response to this RFP, Shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with RFP 2026 - 01 Bev Supply,

Proposals will NOT be opened in Public
Please note the following:
- It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to ensure the Society receives their proposal prior to the closing time and date. All costs to prepare the Proposal Shall be borne solely by the Proponent.
- Late proposals will NOT be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Proponent.
- The computer clock in the offices of the Society determines the official closing time for this RFP.
- Facsimile (fax) or e-mail proposals for this RFP will NOT be accepted.
- Delivery of the RFP by a courier service Shall be the responsibility of the Proponent and will be rejected if the envelope/package is delivered to a location other than which is stated in the RFP and the envelope/package fails to be delivered to the Society prior to the closing date and time.
