INSTRUCTIONS:
- Go to the WSPR Intelligenz website: explore.wspr.ca
- Click “Register” to create a new account.
- Enter in your personal information such as name, address, contact information, and password. Required fields are indicated with a * and require a response to save.
- Click “Register” to complete.
- From the menu, you should now see your first and last name as the logged in user.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Go to the WSPR Intelligenz website: explore.wspr.ca
- Click “Logon” to log into your account.
- Click the link to create a password for your online account, or if you’ve forgotten your password.
- Enter your email address.
• If your last visit was before December 1st, 2021, please use the email you used in PerfectMind
• If your last visit was after December 1st, 2021, please use the email you provided when creating your Intelligenz account
• If unsure, contact reception at 250-478-8384 or reception@westshorerecreation.ca for assistance - You will receive an email from reception@westshorerecreation.ca with a password reset link.
- Open the email and click the link. If you have trouble clicking the link, try coping and pasting it into your browser.
- Type and confirm your new password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and have 1 uppercase letter.
- You can now login to view your account information and register for courses.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Go to the WSPR Intelligenz website: explore.wspr.ca
- Click “Logon” to log into your account.
- Choose your menu option.
- On a PC/Laptop, the menu options appear on the main page.
MENU OPTIONS OVERVIEW:
My Account:
- Balances owing and payment schedules for memberships and childcare
My Password:
- Change your password here
My Details:
- Update name, address and contact information
My Baskets:
- View any pending transactions
My Memberships:
- Shows memberships for all family members
- Can view for one or multiple family members at a time
- Option to view cancelled and finished memberships
My Courses:
- Shows registered courses for all family members
- Can view for one or multiple family members at a time
- Option to view confirmed courses only, or waitlisted courses
My Appointments:
- Shows upcoming class schedule for all family members
- Can view for one or multiple family members at a time
- Date range is adjustable
- Drop-in classes can be rebooked from this screen
My Statements:
- View invoices from previous transactions (registrations, memberships, drop-in classes)
- View account credits for cancelled programs/services
- Pay outstanding invoices
My Outstanding Invoices:
- View and pay outstanding invoices
My Groups:
- Add/edit/remove family group members
- Add/edit/remove corporate group members
My Preferences:
- Update communication preference settings for promotions and reminders
My Forms:
- Update form responses for registered courses and other services

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Go to the WSPR Intelligenz website: explore.wspr.ca
- Click “Logon” to log into your account.
- Beside your username, click the “v” symbol to expand the menu, then click on “My Groups”.
- Click “Create Group” to create your family group.
- Choose the “Family” group type. The group’s description should be the last name of the primary adult on the account. All group members do not need to share a last name.
- Next, add additional family members.
- Complete mandatory fields for the next family member, as you did when creating your client account. Each group member must have a role, for example: adult, child, or parent.
- You will now see the additional group member. Click on the “edit details” button to the right of the group member’s name to edit their information. To remove someone from the group, click the remove icon.
NOTE: removing someone from the group does not delete their client account, it separates the client account from the group.

KEYWORD/ID SEARCH:
- Go to the WSPR Intelligenz website: explore.wspr.ca
- Click on the menu icon, the click the Courses search
- Enter in the course ID to find a specific course, or a keyword to search all courses that include the keyword
BROWSE:
- Go to the WSPR Intelligenz website: explore.wspr.ca
- Scroll down to view course categories, OR, from the menu at the top left of your screen, click categories:
- Scroll home page to browse:
- Browse from menu:
- Pick the subcategory (scroll down to see all)
- Use the filters if desired to narrow down your search. To see all programs in the subcategory, click search.
Tips:
• All filter options are multi-select
• To see only courses that have spaces available, check the “hide fully booked courses” box
• Click “start over” to clear your filters and search again
COURSE DETAILS:
- From the course list, you can see the details of each course including the schedule, price, available spaces, instructor, and where the course takes place.
- Click the map icon to open a map link to the exact course location
- Click the alert or information icons for important details about the course

Instructions shown are for clients using a mobile device. On a laptop/PC, the client menu is accessed from the top right banner. Remaining steps in the process are the same.
TIPS:
- Prior to registration day, login to your account and ensure all your details are correct, and all family members are linked to your account (go to "my groups" to view family members)
- Prior to registration day browse courses and write down a wish list:
Course ID Course Name Family Member 5744 Swim Kids 1 Suzie 5745 Hip Hop Sonny 5746 Body Sculpt Sally - On registration day, login to your account, and register course by course using the course ID.
Click “continue shopping” and repeat this process until all courses are in your basket. -
If you have entered payment and you are presented with a payment processing window, your payment has been received and your basket will hold your spot. Staff will be monitoring baskets and will contact you, should your payment need to be manually processed.
- On/after registration day check the “hide fully booked courses” box in the search criteria to see only courses with available space

INSTRUCTIONS:

- Click “Logon” to log into your account.
- Find the course(s) you want to register in, either by clicking “courses” for a keyword or course ID search, or by expanding “categories” to browse by category. Review the end of this document for tips and tricks on browsing courses and a smooth registration process.
BROWSING PROGRAM TIPS & TRICKS:
When browsing by category, use the filters to narrow down your search (by age, time, day, etc).
To see the courses in the category, click “search” to populate all. -
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Go to the WSPR Intelligenz website: explore.wspr.ca
- Click “Logon” to log into your account.
- Click on the activity icon for the program you would like to book
- Click on the program you would like to reserve
- Click ‘Book’ on the class or session time and date you would like reserve within the calendar
- From here, you can also choose to book other family members. On a mobile device you may need to scroll up to see the participant drop-down menu.
- Confirm the date and time of the session you have selected and click ‘Book Now’
- The session/class will be added to your basket. From the basket you can
• Review purchases including the class/session family member registered, and total price
• Click “continue shopping” to keep booking into additional classes/sessions
• Click “cancel basket” to cancel your purchase
• Click “checkout” when you are ready to make payment - If paying a single admission (non-pass holder) enter in your credit card information and click “process transaction”.
- When your purchase is finalized, you will see the following screen:
- If you want to view the session you have reserved, expand the menu beside your name and click on “My Appointments”
- You can view your upcoming bookings, book again or reschedule. Cancellations can be made up to 1 hour prior to the session start time.
- If you want to view a copy of the transaction, expand the menu beside your name and click on “My Statements”.
- Find the receipt for the transaction you just completed, and click the information icon.
- You will see a detailed summary of the transaction, or click “email invoice” to email yourself another copy.

Register for courses/activities by adding them to your basket

To apply an account credit to your basket
- Click on the symbol beside ”Apply Account Credit” to view any credits on your account.
- Click “apply” beside credits to apply that value to your basket total
- Note that you may have multiple credits on your account, as each cancellation/change to a program creates a separate credit value
- Click “checkout” after you've applied all desired account credits

If there was a balance remaining, you will be prompted to enter in your credit card information and click “process transaction”.

When your purchase is finalized, you will see the order confirmation screen.

If you do not have any credits on your account, the “Apply Account Credit” option will not appear. Please contact reception at 250-478-8384 if you have questions or concerns about the credit/balance on your account.

To make registration days easier on everyone, WSPR has launched "Queue-it" to manage the high volume of website traffic. This means access to the explore.wspr.ca website will start in a virtual waiting room. When it's your turn in the queue, you will be automatically directed to the website. If the system is not overwhelmed, the queue will not be activated.
How does the virtual waiting room work?
- Anyone visiting explore.wspr.ca will be placed in a virtual waiting room. This prevents a traffic jam of visitors to the site.
- You will see a welcome message indicating you're in the waiting room and that you will be let onto the website when it's your turn.
- A live-time progress bar shows that you're moving forward in the queue.
- Wait information lets you know your estimated wait time.
- Once it's your turn, you will be automatically directed to the website to continue your registration as normal.

What can I expect?
Up to 5:50AM: Regular access
- Website can be accessed and browsed as normal.5:50AM: Transfer to pre-queue
- All patrons already on the website will be automatically placed in a pre-queue and shown a countdown screen.5:50-5:59AM: Pre-queue
- Patrons accessing the website during this time will be placed in the pre-queue and shown a countdown screen.
- The website will not be viewable from 5:50-5:59AM.6AM: Transfer to waiting room
- Patrons in the pre-queue will be placed in the waiting room and assigned a random place in line.
- Patrons will be directed to the website in random order as the website’s capacity allows.After 6AM: Waiting room
- Patrons accessing the website at 6AM or later will be placed directly in the waiting room and will be directed to the website on a first-come, first-served basis.7AM: Regular access
- Website can be accessed and browsed as normal.Who gets in first?
- Patrons accessing the website prior to 6AM will be directed from the waiting room to the website in random order as capacity allows.
- Patrons accessing the website after 6AM will be directed from the waiting room to the website on a first-come first-served basis as capacity allows.
Can I skip the line?
Contacting reception will not result in faster service, but the WSPR team is ready to help you – if you need help on registration day, DM us on Facebook! Queries can be answered much more quickly than in person or by phone.
